This classic Havana cocktail has many variations: raspberry, blackberry, cucumber, and you can add a twist by using ginger ale instead of club soda.
Fresh Mint, 1.5 oz rum, 2 tablespoon powdered sugar, 1/5 lime, ice and ½ cup club soda.
Place mint leaves and lime wedges into a glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint. Add the sugar and muddle again. Fill the glass with ice. Pour the rum over the ice, and fill the glass with carbonated water. Stir, taste, and adjust sweetness if desired.
Juice of: 3 oranges, 2 lemons, 2 limes, and 2 tangerines
1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup Cointreau, 1/4 cup Triple Sec, 1.5 cups Tequila
Mix all the juices together. Pour the juice into a large pitcher. Add the sugar and stir to dissolve. Then stir in the Cointreau, Triple Sec, and tequila. Add ice.
Triple Berry Sangria
1 750-ml bottle dry rosé, 1/4 cup brandy, 2 tablespoon sugar, 2 cups assorted strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, 2 cups sparkling water
In a pitcher, combine rosé, brandy, and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Top with berries and sparkling water and serve.
A traditional Canadian drink, which is a twist on a Bloody Mary:
1.5 oz Vodka, 6 oz clamato (a blend of tomato juice and clam broth), hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Served with ice in a large, celery salt-rimmed glass garnished with a stalk of celery and wedge of lime.
Cilantro, 1 Serrano chili sliced, 1 oz Absolut, 1 oz Tequila Patrón Silver, fresh lime juice, simple syrup & ice
Place cilantro and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to crush the cilantro. Add the chili and syrup and shake. Pour the liquor and shake well. Fill a glass with ice and pour the stringed mix. Stir, taste, and adjust sweetness if desired.
Cucumber Lemonade with Chia – Non Alcoholic
½ cucumber, juice of 3 limes, 1 spoon of chia, sugar to taste, 1 lt water
Mix everything in a blender and let the chia sit for at least 20 minutes. Add ice.
