With nearly 1.6 million gallons of water, fourteen exhibits, everything from sharks and crocodiles to komodo dragoons and piranhas, the Shark Reef Aquarium is considered one of the best family attractions in Las Vegas. The highlight of the visit is the 1.3 million gallon shark exhibit with a walk through tunnel, so make sure you don’t pass it by.

Either you would like to try out your hand at serving lunch to sharks or even dive with them, you can do it all at the Shark Reef Aquarium.

Gondola Ride at The Venetian

No trip to the Venetian would be complete without gliding down the Grand Canal in an authentic Venetian gondola. The Venetian Hotel offers both indoor and outdoor gondola rides complete with a personal gondolier singing Italian songs.

Practical information: Each gondola seats up to four people and the ride lasts 14 minutes. The gondoliers’ singing takes place in front of the lagoon.

Las Vegas Natural History Museum

Provided you’re a history buff and your kids are in love with animals, Las Vegas Natural History Museum will make for a fun few hours. Everything from animated dinosaurs, whales, sharks, and southern Nevada’s plant and animal life.

Located close to Coca-Cola store with a giant 100-foot tall Coca-Cola bottle outside the store, four floors of chocolate heaven awaits you at the M&M’s World. The good news is, it’s for free! Not to miss is the Coca-Cola beverage bar on the second floor, where you can taste sixteen sodas from around the globe. Your taste buds will dance with excitement!
